黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究经方黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:将98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,两组例数均为49例,在同时接受基础治疗基础上给予观察组黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及神经功能改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.9%与对照组81.6%比较显著较高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组感觉神经传导速度正中神经、腓总神经分别为(45.93±6.27)m/s、(44.32±6.49)m/s,显著高于对照组的(43.75±6.81)m/s、(42.30±6.34)m/s;治疗后观察组四肢运动神经传导速度正中神经及腓总神经分别为(46.63±6.03)m/s、(40.34±5.48)m/s均高于对照组(43.13±7.20)m/s、(37.35±6.82)m/s,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤具有改善糖尿病患者周围神经病变的作用,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To study the clinical effect of classical prescriptions of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 98 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with random number table method was divided into observation group and controlled group,two groups of cases were 49 cases,the observation group was given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treatment at the same time to accept the basis treatment,compared two groups of clinical efficacy and nerve functional improvement. Results： The total effective rate was 93. 9% and 81. 6% in the controlled group and the significance of the observation group was higher than the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）; after the treatment,the observation group sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve,common peroneal nerve were（45. 93 ± 6. 27） m / s,（44. 32 ± 6. 49） m / s,significantly higher than the controlled group（43. 75 ± 6. 81） m / s,（42. 30 ± 6. 34） m / s; after the treatment,the observation group limbs motor nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were（46. 63 ± 6. 03） m / s,（40. 34 ±5. 48） m / s was higher than that of the controlled group（43. 13 ± 7. 20） m / s,（37. 35 ± 6. 82） m / s,the contrast difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients can improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients role,has high value in clinical application.
