中药灌肠联合臭氧疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合臭氧保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及安全性。方法:确诊90例患者,随机分为中药灌肠组、综合组及对照组各30例。方法:确诊的90例患者,随机分为中药灌肠组、综合组及对照组各30例。中药灌肠组以中药浓煎剂保留灌肠;综合组在中药浓煎剂基础上加用20%臭氧保留灌肠;对照使用抗生素内服。三组均治疗1个疗程。观察患者腹痛、体征及疼痛程度NRS评分,以及观察安全性指标(血常规、尿常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能)。结果:中药组、综合组及对照组分别为86.67%、96.67%、70.0%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),说明综合组的总有效率优于中药组,中药组总有效率优于对照组。三组治疗后均未发现不良反应。结论:中药联合臭氧灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎安全、有效,值得进一步研究。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect and safety of using traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone retention enema to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 90 cases of patients,randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine enema group,combination group and controlled group with 30 cases in each. The traditional Chinese medicine enema group treated by traditional Chinese medicine concentrated decoction retention enema; the comprehensive group treated with 20% ozone retained on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine enema group; the controlled group took antibiotics orally. The three groups were treated for 1courses. Observed in patients with abdominal pain,symptoms and pain NRS scores,and observe the safety indexes（ blood routine,urine routine,blood coagulation function,the function of liver and kidney）. Results：The effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group,combination group and controlled group were 86. 67%,96. 67%,and 70% respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）,the comprehensive group was better than the Chinese medicine group,the Chinese medicine group had better effect than the controlled group. Adverse reactions were not found among the three groups after treatment. Conclusion： It＇s effective and safe of applying Traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozone enema therapy in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,worthy of further study.
