脑脉泰胶囊治疗早期糖尿病足疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究并分析脑脉泰胶囊治疗早期糖尿病足的疗效。方法将2014年1月—2014年10月在该院进行治疗的70例早期糖尿病足患者纳入该研究,按照治疗方式的不同将70例患者分为脑脉泰组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),对照组在常规治疗基础上应用维生素B_1片与腺苷钴胺,脑脉泰组在常规治疗基础上使用三金药业生产的脑脉泰胶囊进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果脑脉泰组治疗有效率为88.6%,优于对照组的65.7%,上述数据组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对于早期糖尿病足患者,在常规治疗基础上应用脑脉泰胶囊可以提升患者的生存质量,改善患者临床病征,该种治疗措施值得在临床中进行推广和使用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of Naomaitai Capsule in the treatment of early diabetic foot.Methods From2014 January^2014 year in October in our hospital for treatment of 70 cases of early diabetic foot patients were included in this study,according to the different ways of treatment of 70 cases of patients were divided into Naomaitai group（n=35） and control group（n=35）,the control group in the conventional treatment based on the use of vitamin B,tablets and cobamamide,Naomaitai group in the conventional treatment based on the use of cerebral veins Sanjin pharmaceutical production Tai capsule treatment,compared two groups of treatment effect.Results The effective rate of cerebral veins Thai group was 88.6%,better than 65.7%in the control group,the significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For the patients with early diabetic foot,application of cerebral veins in the conventional treatment on the basis of Xintai capsule can improve the life quality of the patients,improve clinical symptoms,the treatment measures and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
