妊娠期糖尿病采用胰岛素泵皮下注射和多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗的临床价值解析

摘　　要：目的对比分析妊娠期糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵皮下注射和多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗的临床效果。方法从该院所收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者当中选取162例为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其随机分为胰岛素泵组和胰岛素组各81例。胰岛素泵组采用胰岛素泵皮下注射治疗,胰岛素组采用多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗,对比分析两组的血糖控制情况及对母婴生命健康的影响。结果治疗后,胰岛素泵组血糖控制情况、36周糖化血红蛋白值(HbA1c)均明显优于胰岛素组,胰岛素使用量要明显少于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于使用多次胰岛素注射治疗来说,胰岛素泵皮下注射治疗效果更快,更能够平稳的控制妊妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖,因此具有更好的临床应用价值。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus by subcutaneous injection of insulin pump and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection therapy.Methods From patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital 162 cases were selected as the research object,according to the different methods of treatment were randomly divided into for the insulin pump group and insulin group with 81 cases in each group.Insulin pump group with subcutaneous injection of insulin pump therapy,insulin group by multiple subcutaneous insulin injection,the contrast analysis of blood sugar control in two groups and the effect on maternal and child health and life.Results After the treatment,blood glucose control,insulin pump group 36 weeks glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） were significantly better than insulin group,insulin use were significantly less than insulin group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared to the use of multiple insulin injection treatment,the treatment effect of subcutaneous injection of insulin pump faster and more smoothly control gestational diabetes blood sugar,so it has better clinical application value.
