胰岛素泵与常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素泵与常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法该研究选取该院自2013年1月—2014年12月收治的60例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各30例。观察组使用胰岛素泵注射胰岛素,对照组接受常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗。比较分析两组治疗效果与患者满意度。结果治疗后观察组与对照组各时间点的血糖水平均明显降低,并且与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。同时,治疗后观察组各时间点的血糖水平/尿酮体消失时间以及低血糖发生率明显低于对照组;而观察组对治疗的满意度明显大于对照组;两组以上比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论使用胰岛素泵注射胰岛素以治疗糖尿病患者能够取得明显效果,并且相比于常规皮下注射方法,该方法血糖恢复正常时间短,并发症发生率低,患者满意度高,值得大范围推广应用。Objective To study the insulin pump and conventional subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of patients with diabetes.Methods This article selects the hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were analyzed in 60 cases of diabetic patients as the research object,and all of the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Observation group using insulin,insulin pump control group accepted routine subcutaneous injections of insulin.Comparative analysis of two groups of treatment effect and the patients satisfaction.ResultS The observation group and control group after treatment in each time point were significantly lower the blood sugar levels,and differences statistically significant compared with before treatment,P〈0.05）.Each time point at the same time,the observation group after treatment of blood glucose levels/urine ketone body disappear time and incidence of low blood glucose significantly lower than the control group.The observation group of treatment satisfaction significantly greater than the control group;The above is similar between the two groups statistically significant,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of insulin pump injections of insulin to treat diabetes patients can obtain obvious effect,and compared with the conventional subcutaneous injection method,the method of blood sugar back to normal time is short,low incidence of complications,patients satisfaction is high,is worth wide application.
