摘　　要：本项目基于天地图提供的在线地图服务,Arc GIS Flex API提供接口,开发了基于天地图的绥芬河市资源发布平台,平台整合绥芬河资源、经贸、交通、规划等行业专题信息,突出反映绥芬河百年发展及其在东丝路建设中所发挥的重要作用,助力于绥芬河城市建设发展与招商引资。This project builder Suifenhe Resource Publishing Platform Based on TIANDITU which provides online map service and in- terface of ArcGIS Flex API. That integration of resources, economic, trade, planning and other industries thematic information of Suifenhe, reflect the development of hundred years in Suifenhe and its important role played in the east of the silk road construction, help Suifenhe city development and investment.
