甲氨蝶呤联合牛皮癣膏药外敷治疗银屑病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨甲氨蝶呤内服联合牛皮癣膏药外敷治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取2010—2014年治疗的银屑病患者268例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者内服甲氨蝶呤,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合牛皮癣膏药外敷,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率(97.0%)明显高于对照组(88.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合牛皮癣膏药外敷治疗银屑病,有助于缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with oral psoriasis ointment for treating psoriasis.Methods Selected in our hospital in 2010-2014 in the treatment of patients with psoriasis 268 cases as the object of study,using random number table were divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with oral methotrexate observed group of patients in the control group on the basis of the treatment combined with psoriasis plaster,were compared between the two groups of treatment effect.Results The total efficiency of the observation group（97.0%）was significantly higher than the control group（88.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Methotrexate combined with psoriasis ointment for treating psoriasis,helps relieve clinical symptoms, improve the therapeutic effect.
