摘　　要：为提高医疗质量,强化手术管理,确保医院手术安全和质量,本院对外科手术实行分级准入授权管理,建立手术分级授权与监管信息化平台,借助信息化手段对手术进行科学管理并规范医疗行为,实现手术操作项目日常工作信息化和动态监管目的。To improve the quality of care, strengthen the surgical management and ensure the safety and quality of hospital surgery, we established the surgical grade information platform, with which to regularize the surgical medical management and practice. Thus we can achieve operative informationization and dynamic management of the daily work with this information technology.
