摘　　要：目的以"平战结合、寓军于民"为宗旨,优化和推广具有军队医院特色的创伤急救体系建设模式。方法完善新时期院级创伤急救体系:包括"军警民"联动机制、院前急救信息同步、创伤评分及数据库、急诊早期血管介入、创伤外科规范化、急救培训体制等,提升灾害救援医疗队、野战医疗队、各专科手术队的快速反应能力。结论通过军队医院创伤急救体系的完善,做好人才培养和技术储备工作,平时可以提高区域内创伤救治水平,战时和非战争军事行动中可迅速转化为战斗力。Objective To establish and apply a trauma emergency system based on the purpose of ＂combining peacetime with wartime＂ and ＂integration of the civil and the military＂. Methods A new trauma emergency system was established to improve emergency medical skill of disaster relief teams, field medical teams and special- ist surgical teams via ＂doctor - police joint action＂, information communication between hospital and pre - hospital, establishment of trauma data base and application of trauma score, applying of ＂percutaneous vascular intervention＂ in early period, enhancing the training system for first aid. Conclusion We establish a new trauma emergency system in a military hospital, by which medical staffs were educated and their medical skills were improved. It is good for the promotion of trauma care quality not only in peace time, but also in war time and non - combat military operations.
