风险管理在医院应急质量管理中的应用与启示

摘　　要：本研究通过对某三级甲等医院2011-2013年的不良事件上报信息、医疗纠纷投诉、医德医风投诉、患者满意度调查、医院行政总值班记录和医院安全大检查资料进行回顾性调查分析,结合医院实际,采用头脑风暴法、德尔菲法和风险矩阵法开展医院风险识别和风险评估,并通过加强风险管理,实现风险管理与应急管理的有效衔接和融合,科学地指导和开展医院应急管理,切实改进医院应急管理质量。The data of adverse events reports, medical disputes or accidents, medical ethics complaints, patient satisfaction surveys, hospital administration records, and the hospital safety inspection reports in a tertiary hospital from 2011 to 2013 were retrospective analyzed. And then the risks were identified and evaluated with brainstorming method, Delphi Method, and Matrix Method. Thus we can carry out risk management, and realize the combination and convergence between risk management and emergency management, and improve emergency management quality.
