摘　　要：军事综合信息网络的广覆盖,为在军队医院与部队卫生机构间开展网络医疗服务工作奠定网络基础。军队医院依托该网络为体系部队卫生机构搭建网络医疗服务平台,可以将医院优势医疗资源实时且不受空间限制地传递到部队卫生机构,一定程度上改变诊病必须到医院的传统医疗模式,解决部分官兵看病难的现实问题。通过网络医疗首诊,还可以避免过度医疗后送。我们着眼官兵看病就医需求和部队高度分散实际,大力开展网络医疗服务建设,在多方面做出探索与实践,取得阶段性成效,积累了经验。Wide coverage of military integrated information network laid the network foundation for medical network service between military hospitals and military medical institutions. Based on the military integrated information network, military hospitals can build medical network platform to transmit superior resources of military hospitals to military medical institutions in real time and without space limitation, which will change the traditional medical model of going to the hospital to see a doctor to some extent, and solve the realistic problem of the difficulty of some armymen getting medical service. Through the physician examination of the hospital with medical network, excessive medical evacuations can be reduced. The practice of the construction of medical network of services were summarized, which can meet the medical needs of armymen of high dispersion, and the achievement was introduced.
