摘 要:通过实验对比了木质活性炭、煤质活性炭与椰壳活性炭对NO的吸附性能,并分析了O2对NO吸附过程的影响。此外,为提高活性炭材料对NO的吸附性能,用3%KOH对活性炭进行预处理,并负载Cu,考察了不同Cu负载量对改性活性炭吸附去除NO的影响。结果表明:椰壳活性炭对NO表现出优良的吸附性能,而煤质和木质活性炭的吸附性能较差;O2的存在对活性炭吸附NO具有显著的促进作用;KOH预处理可明显提高活性炭对NO的吸附效果,实验条件下,吸附量提高了0.0175mmol/g;对于Cu负载活性炭,当Cu的质量分数为8%时,Cu/AC-K对NO的吸附效果最好,在30min仍然具有87.2%的脱除率。The NO adsorbability of wooden activated carbon,coal activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon was compared,and also analyzed the effects of O2 on the process of NO adsorbability.Furthermore,in order to improve the adsorption of NO,the activated carbon(AC)was modified with 3% KOH followed by Cu modification,and the effects of different concentrations of Cu on NO removal by modified AC was researched.The results showed that coconut shell AC showed a high NO adsorbability,while the adsorbability of NO by coal and wooden AC was poor.The adsorption of NO on AC was markedly improved by O2.The operation of KOH-modification apparently improved the adsorption of NO,the adsorbing capacity was improved by 0.0175mmol/g under experimental conditions.For Cu-modified AC,the best NO removal was achieved on the 8%Cu/AC,it still had a convertion rate of 87.2% at the time of 30 min.
