摘  要:以氧化铜为吸收粉体,有机硅树脂或酚醛树脂作为粘接剂,配制成一种低成本的太阳能选择性涂层,用涂膜器将其涂在不锈钢板上。重点讨论涂层的厚度、粘接剂的种类和配比对涂层光学性能的影响,涂层的耐温性能。经研究发现,有机硅树脂作为粘接剂有更好的耐温效果,当涂膜厚度在10μm,CuO的含量在50%-60%时,涂层有良好的光学性能,吸收率αs=0.87、发射率ε=0.32,这种涂层在300℃左右性质稳定,适用于中温太阳能集热器。The low-cost solar selective coating was described.The paint was mixed by copper oxide as the absorber and organic silicon resin or phenolic resin as the blinder.In addition,the effects of coating thickness,pigment composition and different binders on coating optical properties and heat resistance performance were mainly discussed.The best performance was achieved on the stainless steel when the thickness of the paint was about 10μm and the content of copper oxide was about fifty-sixty percent.The solar absorbance and infrared emittance of the paint were 0.87 and 0.32,respectively.After heated at 300℃,the properties of the paint were stead.The applications in the medium temperature solar thermal utilization of solar energy will have good prospects.
