摘 要:以过硫酸铵(APS)、氯化铁(FC)作为氧化剂,十二烷基苯磺酸为掺杂剂,采用微波化学氧化法合成两种掺杂态的聚苯胺复合材料PANI-DA和PANI-DF,并利用FT-IR、SEM、XRD、TGA和四探针测试仪对两种复合材料的结构、形貌、热稳定性和导电性能进行了表征。结果表明:在微波辐射条件下,温度为0℃,时间为20min所制备的PANI-DA的电导率比PANI-DF的高5.46S/cm,溶解度高8%,具有良好的热稳定性、结晶性和防腐蚀能力。Used either ammonium persulfate(APS)or ferric chloride(FC)as the oxidant,dodecyl-benzenesulfonic acid(DBSA)as dopant,two types of polyaniline composite PANI-DA and PANI-DF were obtained by microwave radiation chemical method.In order to characterize the structure,appearance,thermal stability and electric properties,the composites were studied by FT-IR,SEM,XRD,TGA and four-point probes tester.The results showed that the conductivity of PANIDA was 5.46S/cm higher than PANI-DF and the solubility of PANI-DA was 8% bigger than PANI-DF,which used APS as oxidant,under 0℃for 20 min by microwave radiation method.PANI-DA showed better properties in thermal stability,crystallinity and better ability of anticorrosion.
