摘  要:以白云母和硝酸铈[Ce(NO3)3·6H2O]为反应物,草酸(H2C2O4·2H2O)为配体,采用机械力固相化学反应法制备纳米CeO2包覆白云母的复合粉体,利用白云母的层状结构,结合纳米CeO2独特的化学修复作用,以期改善机械装备用润滑油添加剂的减摩抗磨性能。结果表明:在高能球磨过程中白云母高度细化的同时伴随着前驱物草酸铈的生成与析出,在随后600℃下热分解在白云母表面形成纳米CeO2,形状为球形或类球形,纳米CeO2的含量及表面改性对白云母的部分键合有一定影响。White mica and Ce(NO3)3·6H2O were used as reactants,H2C2O4·2H2O was used as ligand to prepared mica coated with nano CeO2 by means of solid state chemical reaction under ball milling condition.In order to improve antifriction and antiwear properties of lubricant oil used in machinery equipment,laminated structure of mica was used to combine with self-rapairing property of nano CeO2.The results showed that precursor(Ce2(C2O4)3)precipitated during the ball milling process while the white mica was highly refined,and then the precursor was decomposed to be nano CeO2 at the surface of mica after heated at 600℃for 2hours.The morphology of nano CeO2 was spherical or near sphere.With the content of nano CeO2 increasing or after surface modification,some kinds of chemical binds of mica were changed a little.
