蒙脱土对丁羟橡胶衬层材料补强的研究

摘　　要：采用不同混杂工艺、不同插层剂改性、不同产地的蒙脱土对丁羟橡胶的补强效果进行研究;利用X射线衍射分析粘土的层间距变化,结果发现改性后的蒙脱土层间距均有不同程度的增大。采用十八烷基季铵盐改性的蒙脱土在添加量为3%时,丁羟橡胶表现出较高的拉伸强度,从基胶的2.3MPa,提高到4.4MPa。Different hybrid method,different modification of intercalation agent and montmorillonite of different places of production were used to reinforce HTPB rubber inhibitor,and the composites were studied through X-ray diffraction pattern（XRD）.The results showed that when the content of filler up to 3%,therein the composites＇ tensile strength was about 91% higher than that pure HTPB rubber.
