摘  要:以尿素、甲醛为主要原料,聚乙烯醇、三聚氰胺为改性剂,采用分级、分步聚合反应工艺制备了微游离醛脲醛树脂。采用单因素试验法研究和优化了制备工艺,结果表明,在甲醛/尿素摩尔比为1.12∶1,加成反应pH为7.5-8.5,反应温度为60-65℃,缩聚反应pH为4.8-5.1,缩聚反应温度85-90℃条件下,添加0.4%(wt)的聚乙烯醇和4%(wt)的三聚氰胺为改性剂,制成了微游离醛脲醛树脂胶黏剂。经在杨木板材人造板中应用,该脲醛树脂胶黏剂的胶合性能和环保等级满足E0级人造板用胶黏剂的质量标准。Using urea and formaldehyde as starting material,melamine and polyvinyl alcohol as modifier,urea-formaldehyde resin with trace aldehyde content was prepared.A multi-step polymerization process for this resin was developed and optimized by single-factor tests.The result showed that,at optimized conditions when the mole ratio of formaldehyde upon urea at 1.12∶1,the pH of addition reaction at 7.5-8.5,the addition temperature at 60-65℃,the pH of polycondensation at 4.8-5.1,the polycondensation temperature at 85-90℃,the respective amount of polyvinyl alcohol and melamine at 0.4% and 4%(wt),a superior adhesive was produced with very low aldehyde content.The bonding properties and environmental grade of resin were fairly qualified for the need of E0 grade artificial poplar board production.
