摘  要:针对辅助谐振变换极型逆变器在实际应用中辅助开关管难以实现零电压关断(zero voltage switch,ZVS)这一问题,在一种改进型谐振极逆变器回路拓扑的基础上提出一种双辅助谐振极型软开关逆变器回路拓扑及调制策略。它不仅具有以前讨论过的辅助谐振极逆变器的所有优点,而且可有效避免因回路配线形态所带来的回路寄生电感和寄生电容对辅助开关管的ZVS关断所造成的影响,确保辅助开关管可靠的实现ZVS关断。在所提调制策略下,根据不同工作模式下的等效电路图,分析该逆变器的工作原理、软开关实现条件及参数设计方法。最后使用绝缘栅双极型晶体管作为开关器件制作一台10 k W、16 k Hz样机,通过实验验证该逆变器的有效性。For the problem that the auxiliary switches of auxiliary resonant commutated pole (ARCP) inverters achieve zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) turn-off difficultly in practical application, this paper presents a double ARCP inverter topology and modulation strategy based on an improved ARCP inverter. The proposed inverter not only inherits all advantages of ARCP inverters discussed previously, but also avoids that the ZVS turn-off of auxiliary switch is affected by the parasitic inductance and capacitance in circuit coming from wiring process effectively. So, it is assured that the auxiliary switches achieve ZVS turn-off reliably. According to the equivalent circuit in different operation modes under the proposed modulation strategy, this paper analyzed the operation principle, soft-switching condition and parameter design procedure of the proposed double ARCP inverter. Finally, a 10kW-16kHz double ARCP inverter prototype with insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT)-based switches was built. Experimental results are given to demonstrate the validity and features of the proposed inverter.
