摘 要:提出一种使用重叠换相的平均转矩控制,这种方法可以同时抑制无刷直流电机由反电势畸变和换相引起的转矩脉动。平均转矩控制将每个开关周期内的平均转矩作为控制变量,在每个开关周期内使其等于给定量,因此可以抑制由反电势畸变引起的转矩脉动。而对于换相转矩脉动,该方法结合重叠换相法,对高速时的转矩跌落进行补偿,其中重叠角度通过检测关断相电流的过零点来实现。文中提出的控制方法能够适用不同反电势的无刷直流电机,具有通用性强,控制简单的特点。仿真和实验都验证了这种方法可以有效抑制无刷直流电机由反电势畸变和换相引起的转矩脉动。An average torque control method using the overlap commutation strategy was proposed, which can suppress the torque ripple of brushless DC (BLDC) motors caused by both back electromotive force (EMF) distortion and commutation. The average torque control selects the average torque as the control object, and ensures the average torque follow the reference in each switching period, which can suppress the torque ripple caused by the back EMF distortion. In terms of the commutation torque ripple, the proposed method uses the overlap commutation strategy, which can compensate the torque decline in the commutation period while the motor operating in the high speed, where the overlap angle is realized by detecting the zero-crossing point of the outgoing phase-current. The proposed method is adaptive to BLDC motors with different back EMFs. It is easy to be implemented and has the feature of universal. Both simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the validity of the proposed method in suppressing the torque ripple caused by back EMF distortion and commutation.
