摘  要:以一台Y802-2笼型感应电机为例,进行电磁振动的研究。基于瞬态磁场结果,结合麦克斯韦方程,对电机所受电磁力进行计算,并把气隙中靠近定子内径上点的电磁力作为载荷条件,对三维电机模型进行电磁振动的研究。得到电机的振动位移曲线,并运用傅里叶分解、频谱分析的方法对振动位移的频率、幅值进行了计算,通过比较转子非斜槽与斜槽两种不同情况下齿谐波对应频率的幅值大小,定量分析了斜槽对电磁振动的影响。最后,利用加速度传感器对电机径向振动进行了测试,实验证明了结论的正确性。该文计算电磁振动的方法也可以为研究其他的振动问题提供参考。Taking a squirrel-cage induction motor Y802-2 as an example, electromagnetic vibration is researched in this paper. Based on the results of transient magnetic fields, electromagnetic forces of the motor are calculated by the Maxwell equations, and electromagnetic forces of points close to the inner diameter of the stator in the air gap are taken as the load condition, and the electromagnetic vibration is researched according to the three-dimensional model of the motor. Curves of vibration displacement of the motor are achieved, and the frequencies and magnitudes of the vibration displacement are calculated utilizing the methods of FFT and spectral analysis. By comparing amplitudes of tooth harmonics corresponding to the frequency under non-skewed and skewed, the influence of skewed slots on electromagnetic vibration is quantitatively analyzed. The radial vibration of the motor is tested by using the acceleration sensor finally, and the conclusion is proved to be correct by experiments. The method of electromagnetic vibration calculated in this paper can also provide a reference for vibration researches.
