从经脉脏腑角度探讨痛经病位胞宫与经穴效应的关系

摘　　要：目的:通过对痛经病位胞宫及其经脉脏腑关系和临床治疗选穴等相关文献进行整理和总结,进而了解胞宫与经脉脏腑经穴的关系。方法:以"痛经""胞宫"为主题词,检索中国核心期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)(1981年1月—2013年11月)83篇。结果:在生理上,生殖轴"肾-天癸-冲任"使胞宫与经脉(冲、任、督、带)、脏腑(肾、肝、脾、胃、心、肺)紧密联系;在病理上,痛经的发病与胞宫相关经脉、脏腑之间关系密切;在治疗上,相关经穴三阴交是痛经治疗的常用穴之一。结论:胞宫与经脉、脏腑密切相关。以胞宫为切入点,分析胞宫与经穴的经脉脏腑关系,为临床上痛经的选穴和治疗提供理论依据。Objective：To explore the relationship between uterus and acupoint effect through collecting and summarizing the literature about the relationship between uterus and related meridians and organs. Methods ：83 articles were retrieved af- ter searching China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database （from January 1981 to November 2013 ） with dysmenorrhea and uterus as the keywords. Results ：In physiology,the reproductive axis, Kidney- Tiangui- Thoroughfare and Conception contacts the uterus, the meridians （ Thoroughfare, Conception, Governor, Belt Vessels） and the organs （ kid- ney, liver, spleen, stomach, heart, lung） closely. In pathology, the incidence of dysmenorrhea also has a close relationship with the uterus meridians and the organs. In therapy, Sanyinjiao （SP6） is one of the common points to treat dysmenorrhea. Conclusion：Uterus is closely related to meridians and organs. Taking the uterus as a starting point to analyze the relationship between uterus and meridians and organs, it can provide a theoretical basis for selecting acupoints in clinical treatment.
