市售柴胡药材的质量评价

摘　　要：目的:鉴别市售柴胡药材基原,分析评价药材质量,为柴胡药材质量调控奠定基础。方法:从河北安国、安徽亳州、广西玉林3个中药材专业市场收集柴胡药材或饮片共24份,参考《中华人民共和国药典》及相关文献,采用性状鉴定法鉴别样品基原,HPLC法测定柴胡皂苷a和d的含量,综合外观性状和皂苷含量测定结果,评价样品质量。结果:市售柴胡来源混杂,正品以北柴胡多见,其余以马尔泰柴胡、锥叶柴胡为多,同时存在不同程度的掺伪现象;市售柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、d含量参差不齐,其中马尔泰柴胡皂苷a+d含量最高,部分掺伪品柴胡皂苷含量不符合药典标准。结论:现今市场流通的柴胡复杂的来源造成了柴胡药材质量的不稳定。人工种植柴胡作为市售柴胡药材的主要来源,其种植来源问题亟需解决,种植药材质量也需要进一步提升,才能确保柴胡的临床用药安全和疗效。Objective ：To identify the species of commercial Bupleuri Radix, analyze and evaluate the quality and lay the foundation for the quality control of Bupleuri Radix. Methods ： We collected a total of 24 copies from three Chinese herbal medicine markets including Hebei Anguo, Anhui Bozhou and Guangxi Yulin and then according to China Pharma- copoeia and other literature, determined saikosaponin a and d using the HPLC, combining the determination results of ap- pearance identification and saponin content ,to make a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the samples. Results ：The commercial Bupleuri Radix come from a variety of species. The common varieties are Bupleurum chinese DC. , B. mal- conense Shan et Y. Li and B. bicaule Helm. At the same time, there are different degrees of adulteration phenomenon. The contents of the Bupleurum saikosaponin a and d in commercial Bupleuri Radix are uneven and B. malconense Shan et Y. Li has the highest content of saikosaponin a ＋ d while some adulterants＇saikosaponin content do not meet the standard of pharmacopoeia. Conclusion： Nowadays, the complex source of the commercial Bupleuri Radix causes the unstable quality of Bupleuri Radix. As the main source of Bupleuri Radix, the varieties problems of artificial cultivation should be solved and its quality also need to be improved, so that the clinical medication security and the curative effect of Bupleuri Radix can be ensured.
