桂林市城区体检人群空腹血糖异常流行状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解桂林市城区体检人群空腹血糖异常（IFG）现状及影响因素。方法回顾2013年1月～2013年4月桂林市城区居民健康体检资料结合问卷调查，收集体检者一般人口学及空腹血糖（FPG）、心率、血压、血脂等体检资料。数据分析采用SPSS21．0统计软件，用Y。检验比较男、女性IFG检出率；logistic回归分析确定IFG发生相关影响因素。结果IFG总检出率为13．55％，男性检出率高于女性（x2=132．04，P〈0．01）。单因素和多因素logistic回归分析显示，性别（OR=1.92，95％CI：1．71～2．14）、年龄（x2=1．06，95％CI：1．05～1．06）、甘油三酯（0R=1．30，95％CI：1．26～1．34）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（OR=0．33，95％CI：0．28--0．38）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（OR=1．63，95％CI：1．54～1．73）等与IFG相关。结论IFG在桂林市城区人群普遍存在，HDL—c可能在IFG发生中起到一定的保护作用，而年龄、性别、收缩压、血脂等则可能是其相关危险因素。Objective To understand the prevalence of impaired fasting glucose（IFG）among physical examination individuals in urban areas of Guilin,and to discuss its related risk factors. Methods Data of physical check up individuals were collected and a questionnaire survey was conducted from January to April 2013.Data of general demographic information,FPG,heart rate,blood pressure and blood lipid level were all collected.SPSS 21.0was used for data processing.Q-square test and logistic regression analysis were used for data statistical analysis. Results The overall prevalence of IFG was 13.55%,which was higher in males than in females（χ2=132.04,P0.01）.Univariate and multivariate logistic analyses showed that IFG was associated with age（OR=1.06,95%CI：1.05-1.06）,gender（OR=1.92,95%CI：1.71-2.14）,triglyceride（OR=1.30,95%CI：1.26-1.34）,high-density lipoprotein（OR=0.33,95%CI：0.28-0.38）,and low-density lipoprotein（OR=1.63,95%CI：1.54-1.73）. Conclusions IFG is more prevalent among residents in urban district of Guilin,and HDL-C may play aprotective role,while,age,gender,systolic blood pressure and blood lipids are potential risk factors for IFG.
