游离氨基酸配方粉在牛奶蛋白过敏性湿疹的临床干预研究

摘　　要：目的：分析游离氨基酸配方粉在牛奶喂养婴儿湿疹中的临床干预效果。方法：选取本院收治的84例牛奶喂养湿疹婴儿临床资料,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。观察组采取游离氨基酸配方粉喂养,对照组采取普通配方奶粉喂养,对比两组患儿的喂养干预效果。结果：观察组总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的83.33%;观察组中嗜酸性粒细胞〈5%比例为95.24%,明显高于对照组的42.86%;观察组皮肤症状、呼吸道症状、消化道症状、全身症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组;第2～12周,观察组皮损、暴露部位抓痕累积积分值明显低于对照组;观察组复发率为2.38%,明显低于对照组的14.29%,比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：游离氨基酸配方粉有利于缓解牛奶喂养婴儿湿疹,临床疗效安全,改善各项临床症状,促进婴儿生长发育,值得临床推广。Objective： To analyze free amino acid formula milk powder clinical intervention in feeding the baby eczema. Method： In our hospital 84 patients, who used milk to feed the baby eczema, clinical data were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The observation group took the free amino acid formula powder fed control group taking ordinary formula feeding, feeding intervention comparison of the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than 83.33% of the control group; eosinophils 〈5% ratio of the observation group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than 42.86% of the control group; after the first 12 weeks of feeding, Thl/Th2 ratio of the observation group was significantly higher; skin symptoms, respiratory symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, systemic symptoms, such as remission time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group; 2 to 12 weeks, the lesions and exposed parts of the scratches accumulated points of the observed group was significantly lower than that of the control group; the recurrence rate of the observed group was 2.38%, which was significantly lower than 14.29% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Free amino acid formula milk powder infant feeding help alleviate eczema, safety clinical efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms and promote infant growth and development, worthy of promotion.
