摘　　要：介绍了山西省科技进步的基本情况,分别从《全国科技进步统计监测报告》列出的科技进步环境、科技活动投入、科技活动产出、高新技术产业化、科技促进经济社会发展等5个一级监测指标,对2013年山西省科技进步水平与全国平均水平进行了比较。This paper introduces the basic situation of sci-tech progress of Shanxi Province, and expounds Shanxi＇s sci-tech progress level in 2013 and its comparison with the national average level around five primary monitoring indicators listed in the National Sci-Tech Progress Statistical Monitoring Report, the sci-tech progress environment, the sci-tech activity input, the sci-tech activity output, the high-tech industrialization and the promotion of economic and social development by science and technology.
