摘　　要：目前,有些用户质疑新安装的智能电能表存在问题,为此,设计出一套可以将智能电能表与传统机械电能表进行比对的设备,即电能表比对模拟台。通过对比试验,使用户对智能电能表的计量方式有了更深入的了解,学会正确使用智能电能表的方法,同时促使用户养成良好的用电习惯,避免微小细节导致用电量的增加。Nowadays, some users have questioned that the newly installed intelligent watt-hour meter has some problems; therefore, a set of device, Watt-hour meter＇s comparing simulation table, has been designed to compare intelligent Watt-hour meter with traditional mechanical Watt-hour meter. Through the comparative test makes the users have a deeper understanding of the metering mode of intelligent Watt-hour meter, learn the proper method for the use of intelligent Watt-hour meter, and at the same time, prompt users form good power using habit, and void that the minute details lead to the increase of power consumption.
