高频超声显像在小儿小肠套叠诊断和灌肠复位治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的对小儿小肠套叠诊断和灌肠复位治疗应用高频超声显像的效果研究。方法选取我院收治的小肠套叠患儿149例为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用腹膜透视下的灌肠复位治疗,观察组采用高频超声显像下的灌肠复位治疗。结果观察组复位成功率为94.74%,对照组为82.19%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在小儿小肠套叠诊断以及灌肠复位治疗中,运用高频超声显像技术能取得更好的临床诊疗效果。Objective To study the effect of high frequency ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of pediatric intussusception and enema therapy. Methods Selected 149 children with intussusceptions in our hospital as the study, divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group used the enema treatment of peritoneal perspective and the observation group with high frequency enema treatment under ultrasound imaging. Results The success rate reset was 94.74%, the control group was 82.19%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The diagnosis of intussusception in children and enema treatment, the use of high-frequency ultrasound imaging can achieve better clinical treatment effects.
