摘　　要：目的：分析胃肠起搏器在功能性消化不良治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2014年8月～2015年3月于我院就诊且确诊为功能性消化不良的患者120例分为两组，对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上的给予胃肠起搏器治疗，比较两组的显效率、有效率以及无效率。结果观察组的临床症状变化优于对照组，且治疗效果上，显效率和总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论胃肠起搏器应用于功能性消化不良的治疗，能够获得较为满意的疗效。Objective Analysis curative effect on gastrointestinal pacemaker in application effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Selected 120 cases with functional dyspepsia from August 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital divided into two groups, the control group adopts regular treatment, the observation group adopt gastrointestinal pacemaker therapy on the basis of conventional treatment, compared two groups of effective, efficient and inefficient. Results The observation group of clinical symptoms change was better than the control group, and treatment effect on the efficiency and the total effective rate was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Gastrointestinal pacemaker was applied to the treatment of functional dyspepsia, can obtain more satisfactory curative effect.
