探讨甲状腺癌的诊治体会及并发症的防治措施

摘　　要：目的对甲状腺癌的诊治体会以及术后并发症的防治措施进行分析。方法选择我院的80例甲状腺患者作为研究对象,采用不同的诊断方式进行诊断,针对不同并发症采取不同的防治措施,观察各诊断方式的准确率以及治疗效果。结果 CT检查的准确率最高,治疗后痊愈例数25例。结论 CT检查能够提高手术操作水平,有效地减少并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer and the prevention and cure of the postoperative complications. Methods Selected 80 cases of thyroid in our hospital as the object, patients were treated by different ways of diagnosis. Complications for different take different measures of prevention and treatment and the diagnosis accuracy and the treatment effect was observed. Results The accuracy of CT was the highest, and the number of patients recovered after treatment was 25. Conclusion The CT examination can improve the operation level and reduce the occurrence of the complications.
