摘　　要：目的探析不同剂量阿司匹林抗血小板治疗老年冠心病的有效性和安全性。方法将我院收治的冠心病患者100例分为4组,对比分析4组的治疗效果。结果服用阿司匹林3组的血小板聚集抑制效果优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上运用阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病,控制好剂量,可以提高治疗的有效性和安全性。Objective To explore the safety and effective on Different doses of aspirin antiplatelet treatment of senile coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 100 cases with coronary heart disease in our hospital were divided into four groups, the therapeutic effect of comparative analyzed of four groups. Results Aspirin and platelet aggregation inhibition effect of three group was superior to control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The clinical use of aspirin treatment of senile coronary heart disease, control the dose, can improve the efifcacy and safety of treatment.
