不同高剂量叶酸及叶酸与腺苷钴胺片联合治疗高HCY血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同高剂量叶酸及叶酸、腺苷钴胺片联合用药对高同型半胱氨酸血症的疗效及疗效差别并了解其对血脂水平的影响。方法选择高同型半胱氨酸血症患者30例,随机分成5 mg叶酸组(A组),10mg叶酸组(B组),5 mg叶酸+腺苷钴胺片组(C组)。各组分别在常规治疗基础上分别给予5 mg叶酸片,10 mg叶酸片及5 mg叶酸片+0.5 mg腺苷钴胺片,治疗约10天,比较各组用药前后及各组间同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化;同时观察患者用药前后血脂水平的变化。结果各组用药后血清Hcy水平均降低;5 mg叶酸组,10 mg叶酸组,5 mg叶酸+0.5 mg腺苷钴胺片组,治疗后Hcy水平各组间无显著性差异;治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),载脂蛋白-B(APO-B)水平降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论叶酸,腺苷钴胺片能降低血清Hcy水平,但随着剂量增加疗效差异不显著,同时该治疗对降低血清TC,LDL-C,APO-B水平也有一定作用。Objective To investigate the different high doses of folic acid and folic acid, cobamamide tablets combined with medication on serum homocysteine and efifcacy of difference and a preliminary understanding of＆amp;nbsp;its impact on the level of blood lipids. Methods Selected 30 cases with high serum homocysteine were randomly divided into A, B and C groups.. All groups were in on the basis of routine treatment were given 5 mg folic acid tablets, 10 mg folic acid tablets and 5 mg of folic acid tablets added 0.5 mg cobamamide tablets compared between before and after the treatment were observed and the group of homocysteine （Hcy） level changes. At the same time, observation changes of blood lipid level of the patients before and after treatment, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Results Serum Hcy levels were decreased after the treatment, 5 mg folic acid group, 10 mg folic acid group, 5 mg folic acid added 0.5 mg adenosine cobalt tablet group, after treatment, there was no signiifcant difference between the Hcy levels, serum total cholesterol （TC）, low-density lipoprotein （LDL-C）, apolipoprotein-B （APO-B） were decreased, and the difference was signiifcant. Conclusion Folic acid, adenosine cobalt tablets can signiifcantly reduce serum Hcy levels, but with the dose increase efifcacy differences are not signiifcant, at the same time the treatment to reduce serum TC, LDL-C, APO-B levels also have a role.
