健康教育在社区糖尿病慢性病防治中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的健康教育在社区糖尿病慢性病防治中的应用进行探讨,为社区慢性病综合防治提供依据。方法采用随机分层抽样法抽取社区内的200例糖尿病患者开展健康教育,随机分为两组,空白组按照常规方案进行治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上每月1次进行健康教育,在24个月后通过问卷调查的方式对患者的改变进行统计。结果在经过健康教育之后,患者的精神状态有所好转,生活方式也有所改变,血糖得到了有效控制,并发症与病死率与空白组相比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对糖尿病患者进行健康教育可以使患者增加对糖尿病的了解,改变不良的生活行为方式。Objective To explore the application of health education in prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in community diabetes, and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment for community chronic diseases. Methods Used stratified random sampling in the community of 200 cases of diabetic patients to carry out health education and were randomly assigned to two groups, the blank group in accordance with the conventional program treatment, control group in the conventional treatment based on monthly time for health education, after 24 months through questionnaire survey on the patient＇s change statistics. Results After health education, the mental state of patients has improved, life style also changed and the blood glucose was the effective control, complications and mortality rate with the control group have significant difference compared. Conclusion Health education in patients with diabetes can make the patient＇s blood sugar stable, increase the understanding of diabetes, and change the bad behavior of life.
