循证护理在急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的：研究循证护理在急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中的应用。方法选取2014年5月～2015年5月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者130例，将其均分为两组。观察组在对照组基础上加用循证护理。结果观察组临床有效率优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组护理满意度优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者护理中，采取循证护理有良好的效果。Objective To study the application of evidence-based nursing in patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Methods Selected 130 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected from May 2014 to May 2015, were divided into two groups. The observation group on the basis of the control group with evidence-based nursing. Results Compared with the observation, the clinical efficiency of the observation group was better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The nursing satisfaction of patients was better than that of the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion In the nursing of patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction, evidence-based nursing is widely used and promoted.
