规范化皮肤黏膜损伤护理在白塞氏病患者中的运用

摘　　要：目的研究皮肤黏膜规范化护理在白塞氏病患者中的应用效果。方法将31例白塞氏病患者分为对照组(常规护理)和研究组(规范化皮肤黏膜损伤护理),观察两组患者溃疡恢复情况。结果研究组溃疡恢复有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论规范化皮肤黏膜损伤护理能促进白塞氏病患者溃疡面愈合,提高护理满意度。Objective To study application effect of standardization of nursing of skin mucous membrane application in the behcet＇s disease. Methods Selected 31 cases of behcet＇s disease were divided into the control group （usual care） and group （standardized nursing skin mucous membrane injury）, observed two groups of patients with ulcer recovery. Results The team ulcer recovery efifciency was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Team of patient satisfaction was higher than the control group, P〉0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The standardized nursing can promote the skin mucous membrane damage behcet＇s disease ulcer healing, improve nursing satisfaction.
