多元社会需求和多元目标取向下的大学英语教育

摘　　要：教育是为社会服务的,人才的培养应满足社会变化的需求,并随之进行不断调整。大学英语教育必须以满足社会对大学英语人才的需求为方向。立足当前大学英语教育现状,结合大学英语社会需求分析,探讨大学英语教育改革,主要包括教学模式的改革、课程设置的优化、评估体系的完善以及教师队伍的建设,以此确定面向多元社会需求和多元目标取向的人才培养模式。Education is supposed to serve the society and talent cultivation is expected to meet and adjust accord- ingly the change of social demands. College English education must be guided by social demands. On the basis of the investigation on the current situation of college English education and social demands for college English, this paper focuses on college English education reform, covering the exploration of teaching mode, the optimization of curriculum design, the perfection of assessment system, and the construction of college English teachers with the aim of cultivating well-trained talents to meet multi-social demands and muhi-goal orientations.
