摘　　要：科研项目管理是高校科研管理的核心环节,科研项目管理关系到高校学科建设水平、人才培养质量、科学研究进展等。探析高校科研项目管理问题、提出对策研究对高校发展具有重要意义。The management of Scientific research project is the key link in universities scientific research management. It related to the level of discipline construction, quality of personnel training and scientific research in universities. It is significance to research the scientific project management problems and puts forward countermeasures for the development of University.
