摘　　要：目的检测小鼠同种皮肤移植后,白细胞介素16(IL-16)mRNA及蛋白在皮肤移植物中的表达并检测了血清IL-16的含量。方法建立小鼠皮肤移植模型,实验分为同基因组(C57BL/6→C57BL/6)和异基因组(BALB/c→C57BL/6),每组45只。每组受体小鼠分别于术后1、3、5、7 d,制备血清及移植皮肤。ELISA检测小鼠血清及移植皮肤组织匀浆中IL-16含量,反转录PCR检测移植组织中IL-16 mRNA的水平。结果移植术后3、5、7 d,异基因组小鼠皮肤移植物中IL-16 mRNA和蛋白含量均不同程度增加,血清IL-16水平明显升高,显著高于同基因组。结论 IL-16在小鼠移植后的皮肤组织中高表达。Objective To detect the expression of interleukin 16（IL-16） in skin allografts of recipient mice and the serum level of IL-16. Methods Two different mouse models of skin allografts were used： the isotransplant group（ C57BL /6 →C57BL /6,n = 45） and the allotransplantation group（ BALB / c→C57BL /6,n = 45）. The level of IL-16 in sera and skin graft homogenates was tested by ELISA at 1,3,5 and 7 days after transplantation and the expression of IL-16 mRNA in skin allografts was measured by reverse transcription PCR at the same time points. Results At 3,5 and 7 days after skin transplantation,the levels of IL-16 protein and mRNA in the skin allografts and serum level of IL-16 in the allotransplantation group were significantly higher than those in the isotransplant group. Conclusion The expression of IL-16 is increased in the mouse skin allografts.
