摘  要:某燃用烟煤的1025 t/h四角切圆燃烧亚临界锅炉,在主燃烧区域采用垂直浓淡燃烧器、加装燃尽风喷口,采用燃料垂直分级与空气垂直分级相结合的方式进行改造。针对其改造后出现的飞灰含碳量升高,锅炉效率下降,主、再热汽温偏低,NOx排放浓度偏高的问题,进行燃烧优化试验研究,试验结果表明,控制合理的炉膛氧量、一次风压、周界风门开度、二次风箱挡板开度及燃尽风量能有效降低NOx排放浓度、提高主、再热汽温及锅炉热效率。该试验结果可供其他炉型参考借鉴。Combustion optimization test was carried out to solve the rise of fly ash carbon content, the decline of boiler efficiency, the drop of main and reheat steam temperature, high NOx emission problems in a 1025t/h pulverized bituminous coal tangential firing boiler with a technique combining vertical bias combustion burners in the primary combustion zone and separated over firing air (SOFA) nozzles above the highest secondary air nozzles. The test results showed that reasonable control of furnace oxygen, primary air pressure, surrounding air damper opening, secondary air box baffle opening and SOFA air volume can effectively reduce the concentration of NOx emission, increase the main and reheat steam temperature and boiler thermal efficiency. Also, this test results can be a reference for other types of boilers.
