摘  要:采用人工接种鉴定法评价了24份玉米自交系对丝黑穗病的抗性。在24份玉米自交系中抗病自交系有16份,所占比例为66.7%,感病自交系有8份,所占比例为33.3%。采用完全双列杂交和不完全双列杂交试验设计对玉米抗丝黑穗病进行了遗传模型测验。结果表明:玉米抗丝黑穗病的遗传符合加性-显性模型,玉米抗丝黑穗病基因加性效应和显性效应真实存在。其中,加性效应起主要作用,显性效应作用较小。在玉米对丝黑穗病的抗性上,抗病对感病呈不完全显性。在抗丝黑穗病选育上不仅要重视玉米自交系抗病性的鉴定,也要合理组配杂交种。Using manual inoculation method,resistance of 24 maize inbred lines to head smut was studied and assessed. Genetics study of resistance to head smut in maize was analyzed with complete diallel crossing test and incomplete diallel crossing test. The results showed that 16 lines were resistant and 8 were susceptible,and the percentages were 66. 7% and 33. 3%,respectively. The heredity of head smut of maize was dominated by additive affect,and epistasis effect also existed significantly. The head smut resistance was incompletely dominant. In breeding maize inbred lines resistant to head smut,we should not only attach importance to identification of resistance,but also emphasize parental combination and F1.
