摘  要:昆虫多糖处理大豆种子,可提高其发芽势,且表现出浓度效应,随着浓度的升高发芽势增高,当昆虫多糖质量浓度达到6 mg/m L时发芽势最高。各浓度处理对大豆的发芽率无显著影响。在大豆苗期,可显著提高大豆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和叶绿素含量,各浓度处理间呈正态分布,当昆虫多糖质量浓度为4 mg/m L时各指标达到最优。在大豆收获期,可提高大豆的单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重。昆虫多糖质量浓度为4 mg/m L时与对照相比可增产17.08%。经昆虫多糖处理,可提高大豆种子萌发力,提高幼苗素质,促进代谢,增强抗性,显著提高大豆产量。Soybean seeds treated with insect polysaccharides can improve soybean germination potential and exhibit concentration effect. With the increase of insect polysaccharide concentration,germination potential of soybean increases,and germination potential reaches the maximum when insect polysaccharide concentration is 6 mg / m L. Different concentrations of insect polysaccharides have no significant effect on soybean germination ratio; at soybean seedling stage,insect polysaccharide treatment can significantly increase SOD,POD,CAT and chlorophyll content of soybean,and when insect polysaccharide concentration is 4 mg / m L,all indicators are optimal. At soybean harvesting stage,insect polysaccharide treatment can increase number of soybean pods,grains per plant and 100-grain weight. When insect polysaccharide concentration is 4 mg / m L,yield can increase by17. 08% compared to the control. In conclusion,insect polysaccharide treatment can improve seed germination uniformity,seedling quality,metabolism and resistance,and remarkably increase yield.
