摘  要:目的:探讨毒代动力学方法在汞中毒治疗中的运用。方法:报道自服"纳氏试剂"致汞中毒合并胃食管灼伤1例,通过监测汞浓度变化,运用毒代动力学指导治疗。结果:通过二巯丙磺酸钠(DMPS)解毒治疗后患者汞代谢半衰期明显缩短,并根据半衰期评估治疗效果及调整DMPS用量。结论:建议在实际临床中运用毒代动力学指导汞中毒治疗。Objective:To investigate the application of toxicokinetics as a guideline in treatment of mercurialism.Method:A case of nessle reagent induced acute mercurialism combined with gastric esophageal burns was reported.The mercury's concentration was monitored,and toxicokinetics was used to guide the treatment.Result:The half-life of circulating mercurial metabolism rate was obviously reduced after receiving the DMPS treatment.The treatment effectiveness was evaluated and the dose of DMPS was adjusted based on the half-life of mercurial metabolism.Conclusion:Toxicokinetics based methods are recommended as a novel treatment for mercurialism in clinical aspects.
