摘　　要：目的:探讨台湾地区药事服务内容和相应药事服务费的收费标准,为大陆药事服务费制度的建立提供参考。方法:参考港澳台各地区颁布的医疗收费标准及健康保险制度,根据药事服务费给付金额与项目进行分析整理。结果:台湾地区的药事服务制度相对完善,药事服务费不仅包括传统的处方调剂费用,还包括药事照护费用,药师的药学服务得到社会的进一步肯定。结论:近年来台湾的药学服务质量快速提高,药学服务费制度较为完善,值得我们学习和参考。Objective： This article aims to explore the origins and development of pharmaceutical service fees in Taiwan, and offer references for the improvement of pharmaceutical service in the mainland. Method： The database of Health Administrative Departments over the years in these areas were referred, analyzed and collated according to the amount of payment and items, Results： Pharmaceutical services in Taiwan contain drug dispensing and pharmaceutical care, which are well adopted by patients. Conclusion： Pharmaceutical services in Taiwan were rapidly improved, which is worth learning by us.
