摘　　要：目的:提示药师应重视长期口服吲哚美辛患者的药学服务。方法:介绍一例服用吲哚美辛导致复合性溃疡的病例,分析吲哚美辛导致胃黏膜损害的机制。结果:通过总结分析,制定规避用药风险的措施。结论:药师应加强长期口服吲哚美辛患者的用药监护,做好用药随访,从而规避给药风险。Objective： Pharmacist should pay attention to pharmaceutical care of patients taking long-term oral indomethacin. Methods： This article introduced one case with taking indomethacin in compound ulcer, and analyzed the mechanism of indomethacin causing gastric mucosa damage. Results： Measures to avoid drug risk were promoted by summing up and analyzing the information. Conclusion： Pharmacists should strengthen drug monitoring of those patients who take long-term oral indomethacin, and do a good job in medical follow-up, therefore avoiding the risk of drug delivery.
