摘　　要：目的:报道北京市昌平区社区卫生服务机构实施基本药物集中处方点评的过程并分析点评结果;为国家基本药物制度在社区卫生服务机构顺利贯彻落实提供借鉴。方法:组织处方点评组对昌平区16家社区卫生服务机构实施集中处方点评,对点评结果进行统计分析。结果:通过实施处方点评使基本药物使用率有了显著提高,同时处方合格率也有了较大的提升。该工作的实施不仅提高了社区药师处方点评工作水平,而且促进社区处方点评工作的开展,还促进了基层社区医疗机构合理用药。结论:在社区卫生服务机构将落实《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》同贯彻国家基本药物制度二者结合起来,是一项非常有意义的尝试,值得进一步研究和探索。Objeetivo： To study the centralized prescription reviewtobasic clinical drugs in community health service institutions and assessment the national system for basic drugs in the implementation in community health institutions. Methods： We analyzed the basic clinical drug application of prescription data in Changping district of Beijing. Results： In total, 16 community institutions were enrolled in the analysis. Through the implementation of prescription review to basic drugs, the community institutions had improves their utilization rate. Meantime, the prescription qualified rate has improved greatly. The implementation of the work not only improves the level of the community pharmacists＇ prescription review level, but also contributed to the rational use of drugs in basic institutions. Conclusion： Implement the combination of ＂standard of hospital prescription review management＂ and the national system for basic drugs in community health service institutions would be a very meaningful attempt, and it deserves further research.
