摘　　要：目的:设计一种康复信息管理系统,为康复诊疗活动提供一个自动化的操作平台。方法:系统分析康复工作流程和所需处理的数据,进而开发康复信息管理系统,并从系统业务流程分析、功能模块设计和软件实现等方面对康复信息管理系统进行详细论述。结果:康复信息管理系统开发并试运行。结论:康复信息系统在理论和技术上均可行,在完善康复电子病历、提高工作效率、辅助临床决策等方面具有重要意义。Objective：To develop a rehabilitation information management system,rehabilitation information management system provides an automatic operation platform for rehabilitation diagnosis and therapy.Methods：Based on the systematic analysis of the rehabilitation work flow and the data need to be disposed,rehabilitation information management system were developed and the paper concretely discusses the rehabilitation treatment system from the aspects of business process analysis,function model design and software realization.Results：Rehabilitation information management system was initially developed and tested.Conclusion：Rehabilitation information system is feasible in theory and technology.It will be of a great significance of consummating rehabilitation electronic medical record,improving work efficiency and assisting clinical decision.
