摘　　要：目的:实现全院级特殊药品处方电子化,将特殊药品的管理从处方开具、书写、审核到登记、造册、保管的全流程信息化。方法:编写特殊药品处方打印模块嵌入门诊、住院医生工作站子系统,开发麻醉科使用的特殊药品处方自动生成和药房使用的特殊药品管理程序。结果:特殊药品处方电子化后医师开具特殊药品处方更加规范、便利,缩短了处方书写和护士核对时间,降低了发生医疗差错的风险,优化了工作流程,功能适用,运行稳定。结论:特殊药品处方开具电子化使医院信息管理系统更加趋于完善,优化了医院业务流程,提高了工作效率,实现了利用信息化手段对特殊药品的管理,进一步提升医院信息化管理水平。Objective：To realize the hospital grade special prescription electronically,and to achieve the whole process of informatization management of prescribing,writing,registration,custody,audit special drugs.Methods：The special drug prescription printing module was embedded into the outpatient and inpatient doctor workstation subsystem,the special drug management program for anesthesia department and pharmacy were developed.Results：The special electronic drug prescription is more standardized,convenient,the time of prescription writing and nurses＇ check is shortened,the risk of medical errors is reduced and the work flow is optimized.Conclusion：The special drug prescribing electronic makes the hospital information management system more perfect,the hospital business process is optimized,die work efficiency is improved and the information of the management of special drugs is realized.
