摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效以及安全性。方法 70例秋季腹泻婴幼儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。其中治疗组应用喜炎平注射液治疗,对照组应用病毒唑治疗,观察两组患儿的总有效率以及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗总有效率94.3%,对照组治疗总有效率71.4%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床疗效显著,无明显毒副反应,用药安全,值得临床推广。Objective To observe clinical effect and safety of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of pediatric autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 70 infants with pediatric autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The treatment group received Xiyanping injection for treatment, and the control group received virazole for treatment. Total effective rate and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 94.3%, and it was 71.4% in control group. The treatment group had much better curative effect than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There were no obviously adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Xiyanping injection provides precise effect in treating pediatric autumn diarrhea without obviously adverse reactions. This drug is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
