摘　　要：在现有研究仅仅停留在厘清社会保险权的概念等基础理论问题之后,我们需要对社会保险权的类型化展开分析,通过社会保险权的类型化展开的研究,进一步明晰社会保险权的本质与体系建构。本文创新性的提出社会保险权的类型化之标准、类型化之具体类型和理论体系框架,根据调整范围和对象、指向利益的作用和功能,实现保障的干预力度以及法律渊源的不同将社会保险权重构区分为四个大类。研究社会保险权及其类型化问题本身不是目的,终极目的是为科学、合理地设置社会保险权和保障有效地实现权利内容。Considering that current study merely focuses on sorting out basic concepts of the right to social insurance, we need to analyze the categories of the right to social insurance to further understand the essence and construction of social insurance rights. This paper proposes an innovative standard for the categorization and theoretical structures of social insurance rights. According to the adjustment scope and the object, purposes and functions of the interested groups, the intervention efforts to secure rights and different legal origins of the social insurance rights, this paper divides the right to social insurance into four categories. The research into the rights and categorization serves the purpose of scientifically and rationally defining social insurance rights and guaranteeing the effective realization of social insurance rights.
