摘  要:目的:观察黑地黄丸对5/6肾切除大鼠肾衰(CRF大鼠)模型的血清尿素、肌酐水平的影响。方法:70只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,黑地黄丸高、中、低剂量组,尿毒清组,洛丁新组。除空白组外其他各组大鼠均行5/6肾切除术,建立CRF大鼠模型,连续给药12周后,采用酶偶联速率法测定血清尿素及采用碱性苦味酸法测定血清肌酐动脉含量。结果:与模型组比较,黑地黄丸高、中、低剂量组血清BUN、Scr降低显著(P<0.01)。与黑地黄丸低剂量组比较,黑地黄丸高剂量组、尿毒清组血清BUN降低(P<0.05)。与黑地黄丸低剂量组比较,黑地黄丸高剂量组、尿毒清组血清Scr降低显著(P<0.01)。结论:黑地黄丸可以明显降低肾衰大鼠的血清BUN、Scr,从而改善肾功能,延缓CRF进程,尤以黑地黄丸高剂量效果最佳。Objective: To observe the effect of Heidihuang Pills on the level of serum urea and creatinine in renal failure model of 5/6 nephrectomized rats. Method: 70 Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups randomly, the blank group, the model group, high dosage, middle dosage and low dosage of Heidihuang Pills groups, Niaoduqing group and Lotensin group. Every group were taken 5/6 nephrectomy except the blank group. CtLF rat models were founded and given successive administration 12 d, then the content of serum urea was detected by the method of enzyme coupling ratio and serum creatinine was detected by basic picric acid method. Result: Compared with that of the control group, the level of serum BUN and Scr of high dosage, middle dosage and low dosage of Heidihuang Pills groups decreased significantly (P〈0.01) . Compared with that of low dosage of Heidihuang Pills group, the level of serum BUN of high dosage of Heidihuang Pills group and Niaoduqing group decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Compared with that of low dosage of Heidihuang Pills group, the level of serum Scr of high dosage of Heidihuang Pills group and Niaoduqing group decreased significantly (P〈0.01) . Conclusion: Heidihuang Pills, especially high dosage of Heidihuang Pills could achieve the best effect on decreasing serum BUN and Scr in renal failure rats obviously to improve the renal function and delay the progress of CRF.
