参杞强精胶囊治疗畸形精子症70例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参杞强精胶囊治疗畸形精子症的临床疗效。方法:135例随机分为两组。实验组70例用参杞强精胶囊治疗,对照组65例用生精胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率实验组68.6%、对照组49.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的精子浓度、活力及形态均明显改善(P<0.05)、实验组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参杞强精胶囊可以改善精子形态、精子数量和活力,提高男性生育力。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on teratospermia treated by Shenqi Qiangjing Capsules. Method： 135 cases were divided into two groups in random. 70 cases were treated with Shenqi Qiangjing Capsules as the study group while 65 cases were treated with Shengjing Capsules as the control group. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 68.6% while that of the control group was 49.2%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . After the treatment, the sperm concentration, motility and morphology of both groups was improved obviously （ P〈0.05 ） and the improvement of the study group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Shenqi Qiangjing Capsules could improve the morphology, quantity and motility of the sperm and enhance male fertility.
